Trutha is prepping for a hot summer with his new single, “The Hard Way,” produced by John Savage. The new single talks about when the wrong approaches toward life and decisions are taken. Trutha details how hard it is when our steps are not ordered by the Lord, and how many choose ‘the hard way’ rather than humbling themselves to listen to God.
“The Hard Way” is the second single that he has released this year for his upcoming album lowercase, set to release this summer. “With ‘The Hard Way,’ I wanted to drop a message that brings an uncomfortable truth with a style that makes the message easier to resonate with,"says Trutha. "For me, this song highlights the testimony of a lot of people that I grew up around, and how I had to stay focused in the path that God had me to walk.”
